Our process is simple and is dictated by your pace. It starts with a phone call, where we can listen and offer free guidance and support. We want to help, so we make it easy to set up a time to talk. Click below and schedule a time that’s convenient for you.
In the first step we will conduct a needs assessment to determine physical and mental-social functionality. We will also listen to your concerns and address any questions you may have about senior care options.
After we reviewed the assessment we will put together a suggested care level, consult with you on the reasoning for the proposed level of care, and provide you with options on getting that care for your loved ones.
If the care level needed is outside of the home, we will arrange all facility tours and be there to introduce you to the staff and answer any of your questions.
We’ll be there to guide you through the move in process and share ways to help ease the transition for both you and your loved one.
